A second-year student at Aalto University, Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence MSc. My main interest is probabilistic machine learning.
I am a research-oriented person who is looking forward to collaboratively creating new technologies. Seeking internship opportunities with high motivation to combine up-to-date theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

Open Source Developer
Google Summer of Code, May 2025 – Ongoing
- Working on the Stan, the leading software library for Bayesian machine learning under the supervision of Aki Vehtari and Jonah Gabry.
- Actively contributing to bayesplot, a package under Stan for visualising Bayesian models.
- Adding new plots to bayesplot by using ggplot2 and ggdist libraries.
- Working on documentation and improving the experience of open source beneficiaries.
Research Assistant
Aalto University, June 2024 – September 2024
- Worked at Probabilistic Machine Learning group, under the supervision of Ayush Bharti and Samuel Kaski.
- I searched and classified academic papers on Bayesian models, experimental design, and model misspecification.
- Implemented a likelihood-free Bayesian method (LFIRE) to optimise the experimental design of Mössbauer shift detection.
- Deployed a simulation model on Mössbauer Spectroscopy.
Teaching Assistant
Aalto University, September 2022 – November 2023
- Courses: Machine Learning D (2022, 2023), Programming 2 (2023)
- Organized live exercise sessions, instructing students in their assignments on Scala and Python development.
- Helped students to develop their own Machine Learning projects using scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Answered questions through online platforms so learning doesn’t stop after the live sessions.

- Orchestrating AaltoAI’s efforts to reach and collaborate with new partners.
- Managing to get AaltoAI from the state of no partnerships to extensive, annually renewing partnerships with companies such as Microsoft, Smartbi, and DataCrunch.
- Administered single-time partnerships with companies such as IBM and HiQ.
- Overseeing all financial operations of AaltoAI.
